Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the training of pharmaceutical product knowledge, sales skills, etc.;
2. According to the training plan and user needs, complete the development and update of training courses at different stages;
3. Formulate the corresponding training plan and organize the implementation quarterly and monthly, and continue to optimize the curriculum development form;
4. Responsible for the training and assessment of lecturers, assisting the store to improve performance, and organize the implementation of conferences;
5. Responsible for the implementation of various external training conferences of the company, and the organization and implementation of large-scale special conferences for brand promotion;
6. Cooperate with the detailed landing and promotion work required to complete various activities of the brand.
job requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than one year of training experience, clear voice, standard Mandarin;
2. Those with medical background and training experience in chain industry are preferred;
3. Strong language and writing organization ability, proficient in all aspects of training, familiar with training courseware development;
4. Strong adaptability and learning ability, able to quickly become familiar with the brand story, the functional selling points of the product, and the consumer groups the product is for;
5. Excellent lecture and language skills
6. Adapt to short-term business trips
