Product introduction
The product of the recycle project is battery grade lithium carbonate, which meets the requirements of YS-T 582-2013 Battery Grade Lithium Carbonate, and is used for the preparation of lithium battery cathode materials.
Recycling process
The lattice of waste cathode materials is destroyed through high temperature treatment, and the lithium is leached and recovered for the preparation of battery grade lithium carbonate. The residual nickel, cobalt and manganese powders are used as raw material for the ternary precursor production line.
Product advantages
1)The flexible dismantling and recycling technology is used for the waste battery cells, and a new recycling technology is used for the pole powder, which can reduce energy cost and processing cost. It is low in cost and energy consumption;
2)It is environmental friendly, with no waste water discharge and standard exhaust gas emission, as well as CO2 capture and utilization, reducing carbon emissions;
3)It has high metal recovery rate and the comprehensive recovery rate of Ni, Co, Mn and Li ≥ 98.5%.
