In 2021, we have received a new round of investment from institutions such as Leaguer, SAIH and Xizhi New Energy Fund, and relocated the headquarters to Zhuzhou Economic Development Zone. The company plans to invest RMB 2.5 billion in Zhuzhou to build a production base of ternary lithium battery cathode precursors with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons. It can achieve an annual output value of RMB 5 billion, an annual tax contribution of 250 million, and more than 500 job opportunities.
The project is to be constructed in three phases, with a total land area of approximate 16.33 ha. The first phase of the project is located in Qianhui Logistics Park, including production lines with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons, a research and development center, a test center and office buildings, with a total construction area of 15,000 m2, and a land area of approximate 3 ha. The construction period is from September 2021 to May 2022, and will be put into production in June 2022. The second and third phases of the project are to be started in September 2022 and September 2023, respectively, each with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons.
